Enhance your massage with our VivaOil CBD products. This Colorado company offers the very best in CBD – a full spectrum, C02 extracted CBD oil. A deep, systematic massage that will work out your daily stress and tension as well as stubborn lingering chronic aches and pains. Trigger point is a technique where pressure is applied to specific points to eliminate pain and re-educate muscles into pain-free habits. Trigger points are tender, congested spots on the muscle tissue that may radiate pain to other areas.
During pregnancy the body can experience many changes…water retention, bloating, aches and pains, especially in the lower back and an overall felling of tiredness. With a modified massage, these specific issues and areas of tension will be addressed. A wonderful blend of pregnancy safe essential oils can also be used to promote well-being.
Massage designed specifically for athletes and those who engage in activities such as running, cycling, hiking, swimming, dancing, and tennis. Sports massage readies the muscles prior to a workout or event and assists the body in recovering from the wear and tear and minor injuries that naturally occur with and active lifestyle.
Cupping originated thousands of years ago, and is one of the oldest forms of manual therapy. By placing a glass, plastic or silicon cup on the skin, the therapist creates a vacuum which draws the skin, muscle, and fasica up into the cup. The suction effect facilitates blood flow to the area which addresses muscle tension, adhesions and may reduce inflammation. Dynamic (gliding) Cupping effortlessly lifts and stretches tight muscles to produce lasting myofasical treatment, and typically does not leave any cupping marks.
